Pleasant staff members
I am very enthusiastic about the staff at this store! Although I don't speak the language very well, they did their utmost to understand me. They also helped me look for what I was after. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for, but the staff actively helped me find the closest alternative.

Great customer service and range of products
I went into the store to use a birthday gift voucher. The person I asked for advice explained everything very well and also calculated the Blue Light discount so I could work out how much else I needed to get in order to use the whole amount.
I left the store with exactly what I hoped for, a sauté pan which can go in the oven - very happy!

What a lovely and clean well spaced out…
What a lovely and clean well spaced out shop. The products were all easy to see with enough room to walk around. When I got to the till this lovely assistant told me I could in fact get another item as it was 3 for £10 which was good.
Lovely helpful person at the till who wrapped up my products well and was genuinely enthusiastic and so friendly.

Great staff in Brighton
Went to the Brighton store, staff were really kind, super attentive, and very helpful. Cheese grater was expensive, but it’s 100x better than the cheap one I’ve been using, so well worth the cost.

Brighton ProCook really delivered
Brighton ProCook really delivered. I was immediately offered assistance and the lady found my product, which was the only one left and on display, so not where it would have been in store. She was knowledgeable about the item and wrapped it too. I was more than happy with the speed and friendliness of this shop.
