Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff helped us completely kit out our kitchen. Will definitely be back in the future but with a 25 year guarantee on the pans, it might not be for a while!

Helpful staff
Staff at cannock Procook were very helpful in explaining about the different types saute pans they sold. The man who helped us had good knowledge of the different types from nonstick to stainless steel and Tri-ply etc and how they suit different styles of cooking etc.

Great service to complement the great prices. Got some amazing enamel cookware at a fraction of the cost of the famous French version and I'll bet I can cook my dishes equally badly in what I bought as I could the more expensive option.
