Great store… I was in the look out for a cheap frying pan to do pancakes.
As I walked by the store the crepe pan of my dreams called out to me. Less than £25 with a discount. So off I went to the till after perusing the store for other bargains.
The store representative informed me I shouldn’t place the pan in the dishwasher as I would upset the pan.
I absolutely love the pan! Would definitely recommend! It’s made me look like a professional pancake maker! Thank you

Visited the store to get a refund for an unwanted Christmas gift. We made it clear that's what it was from the beginning. As you know, each company will have their own policy: some offer a refund on the gift receiver's card, some a store gift card etc. Now we made it clear this was a Christmas unwanted gift and guess what they did when we returned it? They refunded the card of the purchaser... please, please NEVER BUY ANY GIFTS FROM THIS STORE/COMPANY AS GIFT RECEIPTS ARE USELESS. When I realised what had happened (initially just a mistake made by a nice member of staff bless her, a miscommunication that could have easily been resolved) I mentioned this to her and said we won't be getting the money as it is a gift. I expected to tap my card as you do in most stores and receive the amount back. Instead, this older staff member rudely interrupted the conversation, becoming extremely offensive, raising her voice and accusing ME and my husband of escalating the situation. My husband said "this is bloody ridiculous " and he was accused of swearing. In that moment I started recording as it was clear she was making false accusation and was completely delusional. The poor lady who initially dealt with us left and so did another male staff member probably because they wanted no part in it. Well, now I'm having to send an official complaint and contact trading standards... it blows my mind how someone can come with a gift receipt, tell you "it's an unwanted gift" and you refund it to the initially card... but that wasn't even the problem, the attitude was, all we needed was an apology and all we got is false accusations until the end by this old staff member. Even when apologising, she was still blaming us and not taking much responsibility although she wasn't even there for half the conversation. I even asked if there were cctv cameras at the till like, which there weren't (conveniently). I wish I saw her name but the badge was not visible even after checking the video. I agree with other reviews, she needs not only retraining but considerations whether this is the right job for her. She was arguing with me over legislation when I have specialised studies... didn't think I would be having a legal debate with a store assistant... she's better focusing on customer service skills which she severely lacks

Really helpful staff. Knives are brilliant too

The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. I wanted to buy a set of knives. I was given great advice about the different sets, allowed to test how the knife handled. I had advice about how to care for the set and when to sharpen.

Great to browse round the shop and not be pestered by staff (even though they are doing their job). Great range andxspoilt for choice. Lovely young land served me and we shared a bit of banter. Good experience.

as I was browsing around the shop to find what I was looking for there was a very good range of products then I was approached by one of your staff she helped me find what I was looking for the service was very good and the quality of the product was brilliant.

Have used ProCook for many years now and have always been very pleased with their products. Well made, good quality at reasonable prices.

We bought the 3 utensils for £9 - 2 different sized tongues & a pair of kitchen scissors. All were great quality and we’re really pleased with them.

Once again you guys have amazed me with your customer service. I had to return my wok due to a fault and it was replaced without question. Also the staff were very polite and friendly in the Cannock store.

Our server was amazing, she was so helpful and knowledgeable. She helped us find the right product we wanted, and even suggested things that were on sale to save us a little extra, all without being too pushy and off putting. I can’t praise her enough. Her soft demeanour really sold it to us and we will definitely be back and it’s all thanks to her. Sadly I forgot her name but she was short and blonde haired.
