Lovely customer care
Lovely to talk to a real person over the phone, be given an opportunity to see before I bought and have the knowledge that the thermal teapot I bought had a year’s guarantee.
Then spotted some bargain sales items at the till. What is there not to like !

Everyone in the shop were knowledgeable about the product I was looking to buy, were helpful and I felt under no pressure to buy. In the end I bought a wrong product and returned the following day and changed it no problem.
