The staff at Chichester are always welcoming, truly professional and give great advice. My visit on Thursday was just the same, I had a warm welcome to the store and after explaining what I was looking for the sales assistant gave me all the information I needed to help me make my purchase. I thoroughly recommend a visit to this store where you will find helpful staff with first class knowledge of the products, especially the knives.

So nice to see a great range of…
So nice to see a great range of everything you need to set up your kitchen. I had a good look around. I needed a new paring knife and there was a good range to choose from. With the help of a member of the ProCook team I found one that was a good weight and the shape I wanted. I went on to look at the cutlery Soho caught my eye, Its snow on my list for my next visit. This shop is a 10/10 for service, quality and choice.

Lovely having a Procook shop in…
Lovely having a Procook shop in Chichester. Excellent stock on display and very helpful staff. Buy all my kitchen equipment there. Only bought a coffee mug this time. It was new in, had a hand crafted look and was 330ml perfect for my flat white made by my Sage machine. Normal sized mugs are too large

Cheerful greeting as I entered the Chichester store. As ever, the shop was very clean with all displays presented in an orderly fashion. My questions were answered knowledgeably. Products purchased were exactly as I had seen online. Payment was efficient and the paperless receipt sent to me online .

Service above and beyond.
I returned my pans as I wasn’t quite happy with the colour. The staff in the Chichester shop were so friendly and accommodating and even went to their Portsmouth beach to get the colour I wanted. Definitely service above and beyond. Thank you so much.
