Very well presented store
Very well presented store. The store assistant are polite, attentive and friendly, ready to respond to customer questions. When I need something for my kitchen or table I prefer to go to Procook as I know I invest once and it will last.

That the staff are helpful and not pushy.
A few weeks ago I purchased a toaster and as your assistant 'Steven' was so helpful I decided to have him serve me when I purchased a blender and smoothie maker and glass digital scales and, as on the previous occasion, he was extremely helpful and pleasant.

Great customer service
This is an edited review as ProCook responded to my initial review and kindly refunded me fully, as the product did not work. I was not looking for a refund but was being honest about the product I purchased. That is exceptional customer service ProCook, very kindly appreciated
The service and environment are very nice. I bought an egg slicer but the blades are not sharp enough to slice a boiled egg.

Wholly inadequte instructions
The Apple Peeler is a good product which is effective, but the written instructions are completely inadequate and misleading. It's frustrating having to look up multiple YouTube videos to find information that should be included with the product. For example, correct adjustment of the cutting blade is essential before first use to avoid losing too much of the apple's flesh.

Together with my wife , I bought a glass and my husband bought a set of plates, pots and pans from your store. The product quality is great but the staff was very irresponsible and just tried to send us away. There was a young lady who tried to take care of us but the behaviour of the other employee was very aggressive.
