Together with my wife , I bought a glass and my husband bought a set of plates, pots and pans from your store. The product quality is great but the staff was very irresponsible and just tried to send us away. There was a young lady who tried to take care of us but the behaviour of the other employee was very aggressive.

Came into have a browse and I could hear the sales woman at the till, badge saying Amanda, mutter something about immigrants (I am Scottish born but a poc), won’t be coming back!

We recently made a purchase from ProCook and were excited about our new cookware set. However, our experience at the checkout left us a bit disappointed. The cashier seemed quite stressed and spoke rather harshly to her colleague, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable.
We also asked about buying an extra lid for the frying pan included in the set. Another staff member was about to assist us, but the cashier quickly stepped in and insisted that the lids in the set would fit the pan. Unfortunately, when we got home, we realized the frying pan is 26cm, while the largest lid in the set is only 24cm, so it doesn’t fit.
We appreciate the products, but we believe the customer service could be improved. Clearer communication and a more positive attitude would have made a big difference.

Good advice from staff about pans but feel gutted as cheaper for me to buy online and get free delivery. I asked before I bought them if any other offers but said was the best deal. E mailed the store but said they couldn’t help.

The melamine plates and bowls feel really good quality and are such a lovely design and colour - they look like “real” tableware and have raised the level in our caravan! The staff member was also very friendly.
