understaffed and overcharged
Assistant very helpful, but very short staffed and stressed, one pan was priced wrong on shelf, he amended on til however 20% discount hasn't been removed, also bought frying pan set which had been put through individually coming up £19 higher than set price, no till receipt available in store, only realised when I got home and checked email receipt, emailed store twice, no response

Such friendly and helpful staff and amazing bargains to be had at the closing down sale at ProCook in the Morpeth Dobbies concession. It's such a shame they are all being made redundant, because of the failure of the garden centre they were attached to. One told us she worked there because of the friendliness, meeting and chatting with all sorts of folk, she didn't really need the money. Says it all.
