The service in-store was excellent. The shop assistant was extremely friendly and helpful with making my choice. My wok is superb - very good quality and not too heavy.

Wonderful customer service every time I've been to to pro-cook. The staff are so helpful, nothing is too much trouble.

I Went into Procook at Morpeth for a look a round and I spotted a picnic hamper I have been after for months I got the last one in the shop...The staff were Very friendly and helpful.

A can opener that works
Looking for a can opener after trying many recommended ones on the high street which proved useless, A visit to ProCook -Morpeth, the staff were most helpful and gave me advice and recommended a particular Can Opener which I have found to be the most efficient in doing the job it was designed for, well worth the small extra cost to have something that does the job with ease.
