Excellent shopping experience and products
We shopped at the new store in Norwich city centre. (It's no longer at Notcutts Garden Centre on the outskirts as shown on the list of locations.)
The new store is sparkling clean and tidy. The staff member we spoke to was very knowledgeable about the products.

Pro Cook has a beautiful shop in Chapelfields Norwich full of a huge selection of cookware. I bought a 24” Elite Forged shallow casserole dish which I am delighted with. The quality is top drawer! The staff in the shop were very friendly and helpful.

Staff were friendly, the store is clean and tidy, I found what I was looking for easily.
The pestle and mortar I bought had been marked as half price in error but the staff honoured the discount and found me a boxed product to make it easy for me to carry.
