We visited the shop in Plymouth to purchase knives. The assistant was informative and extremely helpful offerung aeveral rangea of knives enabling me to make a choice to suit me. I am very happy with my purchase, a good quality product at a reasonable price.

Excellent Service

Staff are really knowledgeable about the range of products and are able to give really good advice about which are the best products to purchase ... even going as far to do their own research about how to best clean certain products. Additionally, we bought a set of pans and one developed a slight mark. This was exchanged without any fuss. Quality products, and quality staff!
