I always find something in ProCook whenever I pop in the shop in Plymouth! The staff are great and the products are well made. I love my ice cube tray and it has been in use throughout this latest hot spell. So easy to use and fill. Love it.

Elite range non-stick saucepans
Knowing we needed saucepans for an induction hob we actively went to the pro cook shop. The member of staff was was very friendly and helpful, knowing we really only wanted non stick pans, we were guided to two ranges. We made our choice to go for the elite range. I am looking forward to using them but I have only used one so far on one occasion but all went well and the cleaning of them was extremely easy. It's just the hob I have to get used to!
I would recommend to others the shop and how the staff were informative and friendly

Donna is excellent!
Donna (I believe her nametag said Donna but receipt says Erica) helped myself and my partner with finding the right pans! She was incredible with helping us differentiate between all the sets and what would best suit us, as well as answering all the questions we had. She is very knowledgeable and has a passion for what she does. Can't thank her enough! We had a small issue with one of the pans in which my partner went back to the store to ask about how was best to clean the pan (the pan had some weird staining after one use), she spoke to Donna again and Donna gave some more helpful advice, and if this didn't work then to bring it back for an exchange. Unfortunately we had to bring it back today for the exchange and the staff were so lovely and happily changed it for us. Thank you ProCook staff!

The staff are so lovely
The staff are so lovely. I'm a wheelchair user and they were so helpful helping me find the right pans for me and everything else I need for my kitchen. They had no problems with me ambeling around the shop in my wheelchair and the shop is set out lovely to get a wheelchair around.
