Walked in knowing nothing, left feeling happy and confident
I walked in knowing I wanted to buy a stainless steel pan but little else. I was given some time to browse by the staff (I appreciate that a lot because there's nothing more intimidating than being approached as soon as you enter a store), then Megan offered to help.
She gave me a tour of the stainless steel range and was quick to put me at ease, as well as tailoring the information she gave me to my needs.
I've cooked with the pan a few times and although I'm completely new to using stainless steel, I've used it successfully thank you to Megan's infomation and the care/use guide given when I paid.

Unfortunately one of the pans bought was the wrong one, simple error by the staff as the pans were boxed, now have to make another trip to exchange it.
