Poor quality
We purchased a set of baking trays and have always thought that ProCook was good quality. However, the non stick coating is incredibly thin and came off very quickly without any force being used.
Very disappointing.

Good experience all round
I had a good browse without any interference from staff, but when I needed some assistance, the customer service was good as I expected. This store has an extensive range of products, some of which I have also bought online.

Highly recommended
Lovely, well laid out store and delightful staff. Pretty much everything you could want or need. I found lightweight cookware (saucepans, etc) to make life easier for my arthritic joints and a myriad things for my new kitchen.
My only quibble is that I bought a mini chopper/food processor as I was assured it could chop things for me and I am unable to do this manually. The instructions that come with this gadget are pretty much non-existant and, having never used a food processor before, I have no idea how to use it!
