Helpful & Reassuring
I've just bought my first place and as a result, needed a decent set of saucepans to last me for a good few decade. My parents had used ProCook in the past (as we still have some of those saucepans from 15 years+) so I went straight to their store in Street. The young lady with long brown hair (apologies I've forgotten her name) was very professional and was kind enough to walk me through all the various ranges for saucepans and with the knives for a newbie like me. They were very cheerful and I'd recommend the place for anybody else who needs kitchen stuff, especially saucepans!

Very helpful
The staff at Clark’s village in Street were very keen to help me purchase their saucepans and helped me select what was needed. The gave me 15% off so basically got one free.

One pan of a set was found to be…
One pan of a set was found to be damaged on the inside. This must have happened in the factory as packaging had no damage, bad quality control. 50mile round trip to return plus parking, no compensation just swapped the pan. As a first time customer I’m not impressed.

The pans appear to be good, although we have not used them all yet. 🙄The problem with Pro Cook is that their computer harrasses you constantly for a review, whatever, your situation or stresses of life maybe. I would recommend that you do not give them your email if you purchase anything.
