We were very pleased with the…

We were very pleased with the workmanship The installation went in quite easily. and the pipework was installed in a very neat and tidy fashion

Our son Andy Watt who is doing our Improvements was also pleased with your firm as it was only the second time he and Rob Creasey had used you

Pro Heat - great service and experience

Pro Heat fitted all new radiators for us, new pipework and annually serviced our boiler.

They were good to deal with and the office staff are cheery and tried to please and make diaries work.

The engineers were all perfectly competent and just got on with the job with no drama. They were swift to come back when one valve developed a slight leak and they fixed it free of charge.

I was perfectly comfortable to have various members of staff in the house with me when I was on my own and never felt uncomfortable or pressured.

Great company to work with! I wish you had a base in the SW where we live now.

we had a quote from you a few years ago…

we had a quote from you a few years ago for a new central heating system which was not acceptable. We politely refused the quote but still years later we keep getting unwanted emails from you. Please stop contacting us!

Friendly and efficient

Friendly and efficient. They have installed our new boiler and radiators on a new extension and have maintained the boiler since annually. This is done efficiently and effectively each time and I always know what the costs are up front.

Professional and Efficient Company

Very professional, efficient service. I would recommend 'Pro Heat Plumbing & Heating' if you are looking for a Professional job, which is carried out without being kept waiting.
I am impressed with the level of Customer Service from the Office Staff right through to the persons carrying out the work.
