No matter how small or large the job is, Pro-Heat always provide professional service at a competitive price.

Experienced and friendly service. Will always get to the cause of the problem and follow up to make sure everything is working as it should.
Only problem is that on some occasions the team is so busy that there can be a delay of several days before a fault can be dealt with.

Arrived on time on both occasions (with prior texts about being en route), and carried out all work efficiently and professionally. Charges were reasonable, in my judgement, for this standard of work and customer service. Very pleased - many thanks!

Put shoe covers on but there was no need to and cleared up after themselves

These people do what they say and I am happy to leave them to deal with things such as gas certificates and general maintenance work. They do this at a competitive price.

Good service and turned up when they said they would

Generally satisfied with this firm, but at the time of my last annual boiler service I raised a query, and the attending engineer said he would raise it with his office as soon as he returned to his base - but he did not do what he said he would do!

We had our inefficient solid fuel central heating converted to oil fired. Pro-heat gave us all the info, a lower quote than the other company we tried and confidence that this was a decent company.
The work was carried out professionally and the results are an amazingly warm home and a very efficient system. The staff were all really good, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Arrived late, however this did not matter, at least he turned up. Did the job which was aervicing the boiler and went.

Helpful from the start they gave me good advice and clearly explained the options. Installation went smoothly, nothing was too much trouble and the guys cleaned up as they went. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

I have been working with proheat for the past few years both on our own home and on rental properties. I have always found the quality of their work to be exceptional. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Very helpful company, polite, prompt , tidy , do a thorough job and very reasonable prices. You have to phone and leave a message but they have always contacted us straight away . Friendly efficient and do a very decent job. Would fully recommend and have done so. They fitted us with a new boiler and have been back a year later to do the service. They come when they say they will .

No direct dealings, all through our agent.
technically perhaps ok, no problems to date, but Pro-Heat allegedly lost the keys to our house after attending for a repair.
Only after much pressure and threat of a big bill for changing all the locks and keys to the whole house were the keys found.

Can’t recommend highly enough! They turned up when they said they would were clean and tidy and did a great job.

When they fitted my boiler two years ago the work was good and delivered on time, but they seemed to have gone down hill since. They cancelled my boiler service due to bad weather, then never rang back to rearrange. I contacted them for a quote for some other work but they never rang me back. Person in office not very helpful. I guess that they don't want my custom. I use another company now.
