Great Service. Best in class.

Great company, smooth installation of a new boiler and hot water tank in a very difficult place and great after sales servicing. All the workmen have been professional but friendly and left the place spotless.

Same day response to request for help with electrical underfloor heating problem. However, plumbing engineer arrived and was unable to help. Gave assurance he would report back for an electrician to call. No further contact so looked elsewhere.

I contacted Pro-Heat Plumbing & Heating for a Landlord's Gas Safety Check.
From beginning to end the service was courteous and efficient.
The lady on the phone who took my call was extremely helpful and when planning the date and time she had to call me back to confirm, and, she did that in a timely manner.
The job was carried out to a high standard, on time and at reasonable costs.
I would certainly recommend this company and indeed, I have done so on many occasions to friends since my experience of using their services.

Really professional, went beyond the call of duty

We have used Pro heat for the past 3 years and always found them to be very responsive helpful and informative. I have no hesitation in recommending them which, we have done so already, Our neighbour lives alone and was unsure and ask for our recommendation. She said Phil the plumber was really helpful.

As a semi professional residential and commercial property developer I am very aware that the ability to call on trusted professionals can often make or break a project. Consequently I tend to utilise a framework local to myself that I know from experience I can trust. In this instance however Newark was some distance from my normal area so I chose to look locally. Pro-heat were recommended to me by a plumber's merchants in Newark (as were several others, 2 of which did not even have the courtesy to return the call.) From start to finish, including all aspects (especially arriving on time and supplying detailed quotations) their attitude and professionalism was outstanding.) This professionalism extended from management through to all staff involved in completing a messy project under extreme time pressure. No extras were charged which is another worthy recommendation that they had assessed the project properly from the outset. This is why 5 stars have been awarded as they have broken the mould of the traditional plumbers reputation! Well done and many thanks to everyone involved for keeping my stress levels under control. We have had the underfloor heating nearly 5 years now, excellent products. Never had any major problem, very comfortable and efficient! We do have sometimes one or two heating control buttons stuck and have difficult to bounce back by themselves, but manually press them again will be fine. Overall, definitely recommend it.

Let us down. Failed to come when said they’d come and didn’t call to apologise. Waited until we called and then still didn’t apologise! Unbelievable!
