My 90 year old Mum had boiler fail. Pro Heat were there within 24 hours and sorted new boiler and thermostat. Later on she had shower flood. Out within 45 mins then replaced faulty shower controls. Then Mum had outside water tap leak. Again they responded within the hour and replaced pipework. Can't thank them enough for prompt and caring response. Will recommend 100%! :-)

Further to finding a leaking main stop tap, I contacted Pro- Heat Heating & Plumbing Ltd who arranged for an engineer to visit within a hour. The problem turned out to be a lot more complicated but was completed in a very satisfactory manor. I will of course recommend them to all of my friends.

The engineer came in, was unable to re-connect gas. Said loads of parts be needed. Had to get another company which immediately re-connected gas with no additional parts. Unacceptable, as was still charged for the visit. You should be ashamed.

Company themselves were excellent and very helpful and informative. Supplier issues need resolving though or this might impact onto pro heat through no fault of their own. Wouldn't hesitate to contact or use again

Guys did a great job - very thorough.

Left the boiler switched off after servicing, which was a minor wrinkle, in an otherwise faultless boiler service.

Professional and experienced. The replacement gas boiler was not cheap but it does do what is printed on the tin and Pro-Heat did a concise and efficient job of executing its installation.
