I was very pleased with the service from Pro-Heat. They arrived to discuss our requirements on the day and at the time agreed, and the plumber arrived to carry out the work on the arranged day and the arranged time. The plumber worked very hard all day to get the work finished within the timescale. He did a very neat installation and tidied up after the work was finished.

Installers very helpful and pleasant and work finished on time. However there seems to be no check process in place to ensure all work has been done correctly. In this case a new combi boiler was installed and the room thermostat removed so there was no way to control room temperature. Pro-Heat did respond quickly to remedy the problem and install the required wireless thermostat. However that was bodged as the receiver was placed on the wall near the boiler and connected by cable to the boiler. That required the boiler bottom plate to be left off. Several requests to Pro-Heat to replace the plate went unanswered. Finally I contacted Worcester Bosch, (email copy to Pro-Heat) who sent a FOC bottom plate. Before that could arrive Pro-Heat sprung into action, moved the receiver to inside the boiler, where it should have been, and installed the bottom plate

Great service, very profesional. They left the house clean and tidy after installing a new boiler . It wasn't a straight forward job but they completed it in the time quoted and for the price quoted. The boiler has run perfectly since instalation. We have reccomended Pro Heat tomany of our friends, two of them have had new boilers fitted and both were as happy with their service as we were.
