I could find no fault - if only all transactions with other suppliers were as good, I would have less grey hair.
From the time I made my purchase of an antique display cabinet Proovia were on the ball. Repeated updates on the expected delvery time and a map to follow progress. cabinet arrived slightly ahead of schedule and was quickly installed by the van driver and his No: 2 in our house. The item was well packed and arrived with no damage whatsoever. I could find no fault with Proovia's service and would have no hesitation in recommending their service or indeed that of Vintner.

Missing ittems…
The three boxes arrived with multiple visible holes, particularly around the corners and sides. One of the boxes was also open on one side when it was delivered.
After delivery, I discovered that several of my personal belongings were missing. I have photographs showing the condition of the boxes after delivery.
