I had not heard of Proovia before to be honest but they delivered my cabinet recently and I have to say I was very impressed! They were careful, considerate and polite when entering my home to place the furniture where I asked which was great and very helpful! Big shout out to Proovia!

Useless
I paid extra for white glove service to include unpacking my table in a room of my choice. I told them that my flat was on the second floor and that there was no lift. The delivery men said they had been told it was ground floor and had no instructions about the white glove service I had paid for. The service I had paid for was not provided.

Qualified good service
The service was good in that the delivery was made to the correct address at the time stated. However, there was some confusion as the driver seemed unaware that some items he was transporting were to be delivered to a second, different address. He did not appear to have a note of the correct Order Numbers. It was sorted relatively quickly but caused a bit of confusion and worry.
