Today, we operate from a massive warehouse and office, employing 160 dedicated staff members and utilizing over 60 vans to serve customers daily.

We specialize in courier services, focusing primarily on furniture transportation, including wardrobes, chairs, sofas, desks, tables, and sideboards. Additionally, our expert couriers are trained to handle motorcycles, pianos, and sports equipment. Proovia proudly serves local shops, auction houses, and residents, collecting and delivering items all across the UK.

Poor service, damaged goods no compensation

My unit was damaged in transit, made claim to proovia. Replied stating the item could have been damaged by manufacturer, evidence regarding crushed packaging suggests otherwise.
They suggested minimal compensation, I reheated and suggested higher sun to cover repairs, no reply received from company, which I assume means they are not interested

Excellent service.

This company really is excellent. I purchased a book case on ebay and Proovia delivered it to me about a week later. The bookcase came from south Devon and I live on the north Essex coast. I was kept informed of the items progress and had several emails and a couple of phone calls keeping me very much in the loop. I was given a time slot and the item was delivered bang in the middle of it. The delivery guys were great and carried the item into the house. Proovia really are very good. Thank you to everyone involved.
