Disappointing
Disappointing. I was told if I order before 3pm my part would be sent out the next day, it wasn’t.
The part arrived unpacked, no bubble wrap or packaging. The garage had to flush out the entire part before it could be used which has cost me more money in labour.

Items are collected and transported in the condition in which they are handed over to us, so any concerns regarding the absence of packaging would need to be raised with the seller.

The delivery people were very good helpful and efficient. The item delivered was a bureau and, unfortunately, it has arrived without a key. Obviously I don’t know if the key was sent with it but I have contacted the seller to see if she has it or believes that it was sent.
