Very misleading! Manley Labs Discount and item out of stock.

Very misleading. Even their profile doesn’t have their real business name. Check the URL!

Item was in stock on their website. I created an account and everything was 20% OFF. I went to buy a MANLEY LABS analog item at 20% Off. The order went through. 3 days later the order was cancelled because they “ran out, sorry”. Went back the next day to check, site still showed in stock and at 20% off. VERY MISLEADING! Not a good experience.

High-end brands like Manley Labs often have limited inventory and irregular restock cycles. In rare cases, multiple orders are placed at the same time or inventory updates from the manufacturer are delayed. When this happens, our system may temporarily show an item as “in stock” even though remaining units have already been allocated. This is what caused your order to be cancelled — not a lack of transparency or intention to mislead.

We understand how frustrating this can be, and we truly apologize for the inconvenience.

2. Regarding the 20% discount
The promotional discount you saw was a site-wide sale automatically applied to all accounts and did not reflect pricing specific to Manley Labs. The discount was valid at the time your order was placed. There was no intention to misrepresent pricing.

3. Business name / domain information
Our website and domain are fully legitimate and operated under our registered company. Some marketplaces may abbreviate or shorten profile names for formatting purposes, but our business information is accurate and verifiable.

4. Our commitment to transparency
We never intentionally display false stock status or pricing. When errors occur—due to system timing, manufacturer updates, or simultaneous purchases—we notify customers as quickly as possible and issue full refunds immediately.

False Promises

I purchased a bundled set of mixer/speaker in July and they only sent me the mixer without telling me the speakers were sold out. Had to fight with their customer service team to give me a refund a month later after they still couldn’t give me a good date. They refused a refund for several weeks.

NOW I just purchased a new mixer through the reverb site for a party this weekend. I made the purchase Tuesday and the product said next day delivery so I thought I’d have time to test it before Saturday. Nope. I failed to see pro sound gear was the supplier and OF COURSE the website lied and the dang mixer still has yet to even be shipped. I let reverb know so I’d hope they get on it but who knows.

They either have a terrible business model in coaxing people into purchasing things on false promises, or they need to invest in more developers to update their site more regularly.

1. Regarding the bundled mixer/speaker purchase
The speakers you ordered were placed on backorder by the manufacturer shortly after your purchase. This affected several customers at the same time, and unfortunately we were not given a reliable restock date to provide you.
We did not refuse a refund; however, we are required to wait for confirmation from the manufacturer before cancelling an item that is in backorder status. Once the delay was confirmed, your refund was issued in full.

We understand how frustrating this was and apologize that the process took longer than expected.

2. About the recent Reverb order
Shipping on Reverb depends on real-time warehouse availability and carrier pickup schedules. While most orders ship within the stated timeframe, there are rare situations where:

The carrier does not pick up same-day

The product requires verification or testing before shipping

Inventory updates from the manufacturer cause brief delays

This does not reflect an intention to mislead customers. We are constantly working to improve our synchronization across all sales channels so delays like this do not occur.

3. Our commitment to transparency and improvement
We never intentionally make false promises or show incorrect availability. When delays happen, they are usually caused by manufacturer updates or logistics timing, not by a lack of honesty or effort from our team.

I ordered a rb dmx1 and due to the…

I ordered a rb dmx1 and due to the volume of people that have also ordered the same thing. The shipping time was a little out of my timeframe and i talked with Pablo off an on and he was very responsive and took care of me and knew the answers to the questions i had. I would recommend this company for sure, but i would suggest clarifying with them on what order item you are purchasing just in case if you are needing or expecting something fast, just simply due to stocking and pandemic issues. Thanks guys, ill be back in the future

So I needed the Ales

So I needed the Ales

is strike multi pad stage kit. Ordered it from prosoundgear.com and it came on time BUT! THEY FORGOT THE METAL STAND MOUNT AND THE STAND! LIKE, what DO U THINK I WANTED the stage kit for? Had to chat live. He told me to email missing items person in charge so I did. And emailed two of their supervisors and have yet to hear back about it. Needed it for a gig this weekend. Now that's not happening. Ugh.

They sent me an older version of the item I ordered

I ordered an item. It seemed a great price. However after waiting for over A week to ship it finally arrived. They sent me the wrong model. It was a previous model from a few years back.
After writing customer service my choices are to keep it or exchange it. But at that turn around time I’m keeping it. And it’s funny cause the original item I ordered was $80 off retail. The one I got even with a refund is $30 off normal retail. I don’t think they had the other model for sale. Feel they are #shady A F.

In rare cases, a manufacturer may update or revise a model number without immediate notice to all retailers, which can result in a variation between versions—especially when the shipment comes directly from a distributor. This appears to be what happened in your case.

As soon as you reached out, our team offered the standard options:

Exchange for the correct model, or

A return/refund if you preferred not to keep the item

We always honor the product originally advertised, and we never list items we do not intend to ship. We also do not benefit from sending older versions; any mistake like this is simply a logistics or manufacturer update issue, not an intentional substitution.

This store is very very very very very very bad ,i not recommend, stay away from this store ,false advertise, after I pay i not received all items, customer service is bad bad bad ,no answered in the phone number, i send many's email, when finally I took with Alex provided wrong track ups number, after that i took with Pablo and asked were is my Jamstand and the response is not included in packages but in packages pictures it's ,and i not received microphone, cable, some items this store buying form Amazon an send to me , Total mass this store
After 6 years I have response....Too late.

1. Missing items / package contents
Some products come in bundles created by the manufacturer, while others come as retailer-created bundles, and the packaging photos can sometimes show items that are not included by default. This can cause confusion, and we apologize for any misunderstanding.
If any item was missing, we absolutely want to make it right.

2. Tracking number correction
We regret the confusion regarding the tracking number you received. When multiple packages ship from different warehouses, tracking updates can occasionally cross over. Pablo provided the correct details once the shipment information was verified, and we apologize for the delay.

3. Communication delay
Our phone lines and email team can experience high volume during certain periods, but we never intentionally ignore customers. We are reviewing your case to ensure your messages were handled properly and promptly.

4. Items fulfilled from Amazon

Refused to Honor Coupon Code or Sent Receipt

I bought a DJ controller (Numark NS7iii, order #31589) from Pro Sound Gear that was a store model/demo. At the time, they were offering a coupon code ("switchnew") to buy an open box/demo item and upgrade to a new one for the same price. Their online check-out had no credit card field in which to put my card #. I had to call them for help. That evening as I dealt with an email support tech trying to complete my purchase, he told me I could get an extra $50 off my purchase for my inconvenience (which I never got). Once my purchase finally went through, their shopping cart never asked for my shipping address. The next morning, Pablo Delgadillo contacted me from ProSound Gear to ask for my shipping address. I had never received a receipt from ProSound Gear, although the $ had been debited from my bank account. When I spoke to Pablo to give him my shipping address, I asked him to confirm I was receiving a new model since I had used the coupon code "switchnew." He told me a variety of different stories--he was out of stock, the coupon code was not valid, I had purchased the "wrong" demo model, etc....he gave me the run around REAL GOOD. At one point, he even tried to discourage me from wanting the item I had purchased because, he reminded me, it did not come with Serato DJ software (which I already have & therefore did not need). Finally the next day, Pablo told me he could not honor the coupon code because, in a nutshell, it was too costly for him, & he'd lose $ (he hinted at this but did not say it directly). That was on a Thursday or Friday. I did not hear from him for days (while he continued to hold my money) and NEVER sent me my receipt. I took out a PayPal working capital loan in order to buy the gear, and I only borrowed enough to cover the sale price (as obviously that's all I thought I needed). Now, I have no receipt so PayPal, if they investigate, may think I misappropriated the borrowed funds....and I don't have enough money on the loan to buy this same item elsewhere because it's not on sale for that price elsewhere. I have to pay back the loan now without having the item I purchased. The origination fee of the loan was about $100, which is an extra loss for me now. Due to Pro Sound Gear's false advertising & attempts to bait & switch me, I'm burdened with a seemingly fraudulent loan and have no way to get the gear I need right now. After days of not hearing a word from them, Pablo contacts me today (almost a week after my purchase) & says my money has been refunded. I never asked for a refund. I want what I bought. I *need* it due to the loan I acquired to purchase the gear! Pablo did not bother notifying me of the refund when he processed it, nor did I ever get a receipt confirming the order cancellation. When I pleaded for a receipt after Pablo told me he had silently/blindly refunded me, I was flat-out told no (so I have no purchase receipt & no order cancellation receipt). Also, you might be interested to know it says on ProSoundGear's website that they are Better Business Bureau accredited, but when you click on the badge, it takes you to their BBB profile page that clearly states ProSoundGear is not BBB accredited.

Amateur Operation - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

DO NOT... I REPEAT! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE INCOMPETENT THIEVES!

I recently purchased a DJ bundle that was “supposed” to come with a DJ Controller, Pair Speakers, Speaker Stand, Foam Pads and a pair of speaker cables.

When the package arrived, it was only the controller!
Speaker set was MIA!

When I tried to contact them about the rest of the package, they were closed! They close at 5:00pm and closed for the weekend.

I finally got a hold of a rep on the chat off their site and he couldn’t give me answers!

He finally realized that messed up and promised to send out the speaker on Monday.

I didn’t get a tracking number until Wednesday.
Got the speakers on Saturday...AND IT WASNT WHAT I ORDERED!

They downgraded me from 8” speakers to 5” speakers and no stand, wires or pads!

Of course they’re closed on Saturday but the guy from the chat sent me an email link to request a return label and they might charge me because the speakers arrived in good shape!

I’m now waiting for them to respond back or I’ll just reverse the payment through my bank and file a complaint with the BBB and the Federal Trade Commission.

These guys are the worst place I’ve ever had the displeasure to deal with in my entire life!

After leaving a bad review due to the poor condition the DJ mixer we ordered arrived and the refusal of the company to refund the total paid as well as the $130.00 it cost for us to ship the product back, these owners, employees, etc.. have been leaving false reviews on my company google business page, as well as publicizing my name, home address, email address and phone number.
Our attorney has been notified as well as the Attorney General in Florida and the Federal Trade Commission.
Hopefully those in power make this right.
Definitely not worth trying to save a few bucks. Scary stuff.

Absolutely a great deal

Absolutely a great deal. I received 2 Denon SC5000 and 2 flight cases for 1998USD. Shipping was fast and boxes packed well.

My only issue was the initial communication about the shipping status did not match what the carrier had on their tracking site. For 3 days the status showed only tracking information sent and not shipped. After reading reviews here I balked and was attempting to cancel/RMA and had actually ordered the same Denons from another site sans the flight cases. I HAD to get this shipment before Christmas. Items finally shipped on late Monday and I received them today (Thursday).

I will definitely look here again in the future. Alex was helpful!
