Great price and customer service.

The price and speed of delivery made this a good buying experience. I did receive a slightly different cable package than was advertised. Since I had the other types of cables that weren’t sent, it doesn’t affect me adversely but for someone who might not have a large collection of cables, that could have been a deal breaker. However, since Pro Sound Gear’s price was lower than other retailers without the cable package, I am pleased.

Great buying experience

Great buying experience - rated 5 stars! Found 16 channel audio console for the perfect price. Getting information about the unit and business using online support agent software was a blast. Had all my questions answered instantly including time for shipping by Alex online. Thanks Alex for all the information! Will come to the online store again since they have nice sales and useful stock of demo/B-Stock, used and new equipment. And prices are very competitive too.

Good, but dropped the ball a bit on shipping...

Ordered a Zoom guitar pedal. Because the ship address was different from the billing address, they immediately requested a photo of driver's license and credit card with just last 4 digits exposed. No problem... sent it right back. Got an email it was going to ship asap, then.... nothing for 3 business days. Called them, "Hey, What's up?" They dropped the ball and Chris, while I was on the phone ran and got a unit and packaged it up for overnight. Arrived very quickly after that. Kudos on acknowledging the error and quick follow-up.

Better quality unit than ordered, good service

I ordered a demo model keyboard, but they had an option to upgrade to a new model for the same price. I chose that, and was pleased to get what seems to be a brand new keyboard.

They had an issue with my card, and the support person was very helpful and quick to respond to my attempts to fix it. I got the keyboard very quickly considering it is the Christmas season.

Strongly recommend buying from Pro Sound Gear!-Mumblebagz

I was a little skeptical at first because of some of the negative reviews but their was a deal I could not pass up and Pablo C. was excellent help. Shipping was fair or decently fast and the product came as expected or if not better! Very satisfied and I am super happy with my purchase. I strongly recommend buying from this company. I will be buying more equipment, Thank you very much!!!

Poor communication

Placed an order on the 2nd. Didn't receive a shipment notification until the 6th. On the 10th I realized that it still hadn't shipped. I called in and was told that there was a back order. I never received a notice. I requested a refund.

Great price and customer service but not the perfect shipment !

In general it was a good experience. The chat service agents were very kind and fast for answering my questions. It is not 5 stars because the keyboard I purchased came in the original brand box, so , Fedex left it out my house´s main door for hours before I got at home and took it. I think It was a little risky in Denver City.

Unresponsive and unaccountable

Unresponsive. Like others noted... They indicate something shipped, but when you go to the actual shipper, they haven't received the item to ship...

Update... Finally received the piano. The store tried to put it on FedEx, but I had been in communication with FedEx and understood from those communications as well as tracking data that the store had sat on the merchandise over a week before actually sending it out. I'm happy with the piano, but didn't like having to chase to get delivery.

Extremely Disappointed Customer

This company advertised on their website a soundboard and a case that we ordered and paid for. I got an email stating the items had shipped. Later that day I received a call from a gentleman that said he was in charge of shipping. He told me their website was wrong and the advertised price was not correct and they would not honor the price they advertised. If I wanted the merchandise then I would need to pay more. I explained that I got notification the items had shipped already. He explained they had not and the manager told him he would need to call me and be the bearer of bad news. So odd the manager himself didn't call since we're looking at a transaction that was $700. I told them I would decide what I wanted to do and get back to them. I tried to call the manager several times and left a message but he never did return my call. I went ahead and paid the extra amount to receive part of the order.

I received an email from them asking for me to review my product before I ever received the merchandise. I see this company has not solved its clerical errors issue because this is what they sent in their email "While we work hark providing customers with low prices and the best service possible we also need your your fantastic feedback on Facebook!" Ummm I think they could start with first making sure what they post and send out is accurate.

It's really disappointing ... we will not be purchasing product from this company in the future. They could have had a customer for life ... but instead I hope that extra money they made this time was well worth it.

RESPONSE:
I really appreciate you attempting to solve the problem but from our end I think that’s not really fixing it for us. We are a small organization trying to upgrade our current sound system and XLR cables aren’t really what we need. I think the real issue is that there was a $150 difference between what you advertised and what you decided to sell it for post purchase. I can understand if future purchases you wouldn’t want to sell it for that advertised price. We are just really disappointed about how it was handled from your end with no call from a manager or returned call. I think we would have never left a negative review if someone would have reached out beforehand and tried to make it right. I think to decide to give us something we don’t need is missing the mark as well as missing the point. I feel like to truly fix the problem would be to actually give us something that’s beneficial to our organization.

I never received a response.

Worst possible

Worst possible
These guys drop shipped Amazon [crap] mic stands seprately, as part of a bundled mic set with a substantial markup...the gear arrived with the receipt from Amazon in the Amazon box at lower cost than I was charged by Pro Sound... Same equipment is available at other reliable stores..asked them to simply take the stands back, I would keep the mics, credit me and send shipping label or credit the cost of shipping... the answer was no.

I could have bought the same equipment anywhere else at the same or cheaper price with no hassle.. I would stay far away from this shady outfit

No legit supplier drop ships Amazon branded equipment at a markup...bad business
