I have used several estate agents over the years and Prospect Estate Agency has genuinely been the best experience by far.

In particular, Nikki Gardener has been outstanding throughout. She is professional, efficient, responsive and always keeps the landlord’s best interests in mind while still being fair and reasonable to tenants. Communication has been clear and prompt from start to finish and issues are dealt with quickly without unnecessary delays or excuses. Honestly I struggle to find anything to complain about which is rare these days. Managing property can often be stressful but Nikki and the team have made the whole process much smoother and more manageable. Highly recommended.

Nikki Gardner has been my property manager for a number of years now providing a fully managed service for my two properties. She is very efficient in advising of any issues brought to her attention and arranging rectification works to be carried out which is perfect for my situation as I now live in Somerset following retirement. On the rare occasion Nikki is not around e mails are picked up by a colleague and responded to in a timely manner. All together a first class serivce and highly recommeded if you are thinking of letting property.

Nikki is our property manager and she is just fab! Always goes over and above and we would be lost without her!
