Nikki Gardner has been my contact at Prospect for nearly two years now and has always been friendly and prompt in her replies to my messages. Anytime there was an issue, she was always happy to help and empathetic. Because of her, Prospect would be my first port of call if I moved or were ever to become a landlord myself.

I have been a landlord with Prospect for a number of years and have always found the service to be good. Recently Nicki Gardner has taken over as my property manager and I have found her to be communicative and supportive.

Prospect manage several of my properties, Chloe Reilly, my dedicated property manager is fantastic, capable and always at the end of the phone or email and ready with a solution when needed. I feel Prospect are an integral part of my business. They are the first port of call for the tenants if there are any problems and manage them efficiently and professionally. Prospect make me aware of any legal requirements, especially with the new renters rights bill and I also rely on the check in/ inspection/checkout reports they organise for me.
