Prospect have managed my two properties in Reading for five years now. Everything goes very smoothly, thanks in particular to my present property manager Vickie Cripps.

I've been letting my property through the Maidenhead branch of Prospect for the past 12 years and have always been happy with the service I have received. Communication has always been good and they have gone above and beyond to help sort any issues that have arisen. Special shout to Samantha Baron who has steered me through a few sticky patches!

I only started renting through Prospect at the end of February and Nikki Gardner has been absolutely amazing, every question or query I have had, she has responded to me straight away and got answers for everything the same day from landlords.
