Our chain sale process was complicated with months of waiting for the legal work to finish and vast documentations, but Ross, Akansha & their team were throughout the process of this long 5 months by constantly supporting and updating us with the development. Though it was a very hectic process but because of them our transition was extremely smooth as Akansha kept us updated throughout the process and on the day of exchange of the contract, Ross was constantly updating us with the latest information so, we were well informed throughout the process. 100% going to recommend them to my friends and family. Prospect agency is very good at looking after its clients. I particularly deal with Emily Cross. She is very supportive, always ready to answer any questions and help out. And she takes her time to hear you out.

We’ve just left our rental property after 5yrs and Nikki Gardner, our property manager, couldn’t have been more helpful. With some issues around the check-out leaving us pulling our hair out and potentially losing some of our deposit, Nikki was able to act as go-between with our landlord which resulted in our deposit being returned in full and very quickly.
