What great service! I'm a journalist and I was looking for a way to record telephone calls - with the interviewee's permission, of course. One of the big phone providers told me I would have to buy a sim card which would cost me £60 for a year. I went into imobile just on the off chance - and Kumar was brilliant. He knew his stuff. He showed me the button on my iphone 15 pro which means I can record calls at no cost! Now why couldn't my provider have done that?

Would give 0 stars but unfortunately can’t went to the shop and brought a 12 pro max for £400 brought it through Klarna as needed a phone but couldn’t afford it outright phone has had to have 3 new screens as keeps glitching when in today only for them to tell me it has water damage for last time I went there (didn’t get told this last time) they r now saying they can’t do anything about my phone I need a working phone due to health issues after telling them multiple times this phone isn’t in working order all I got was dirty looks and aggressive behaviour towards myself I told them I would put a bad review online due to this and they then banned me from the store DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP they are also robbing people blindly I could of gone to Facebook for this phone and got it cheaper (didn’t know this time of buying the phone in store) this phone was refurbished and is very bad quality doesn’t even work like a phone should

I had a problem with the USB C connector on my phone. The repairman sorted it out in no time. He didn't even charge me for the job. Great bunch of guys. Great service and very knowledgeable.

I ordered a PS5 bundle with COD Black Ops. It came promptly with good communication leading up to the delivery. When it was opened on Christmas Day there was no game included. I have emailed and left messages at least 5 times since but have had no response. I just want someone to contact me to sort this issue out.

Ordered a present for Christmas on 30 Nov and the only correspondence I received was a text confirming the order was placed.

No further updates re dispatch, no tracking no etc.

It wasn't until I saw the funds refunded two weeks later I realised the order must have been cancelled. No correspondence from this company in the interim except for marketing emails I didn't sign up for.

Was tempted to make this a 2-star review as I actually got my money back. But the delay they caused meant I was under time pressure to find an alternative supplier before Christmas for the gift I ordered.

I suspect this company lists popular stock they don't have at low prices to bait people into visiting their site. Wouldn't trust again.

As per my complaint below the Manager asked me to email my complaint which I did. He then called me and said he would investigate and get back to me. I DID NOT HEAR FROM HIM AGAIN!! I sent several emails asking if he was still dealing with my complaint. NOTHING. That was a month ago. As I said previously please stay away as they are obviously Cowboys!!
