Guitar great, ProTone lovely people.
The guitar is great and the guys I spoke to at Protone were really good.
There was some sort of weirdness with delivery though. Promised Tuesday arrived Thursday. Tracking on UPS showed it going from Bromsgrove (? the shop is Liverpool) to Brackley then Bristol for delivery in Bath but maybe that’s normal.
All in all am pleased with guitar and good price.

Product just as pictured / advertised!
Only the processing time (ie. the time between placing the order vs. when the package was finally shipped) could & should have been shorter.
Good customer service too! Asked about the processing & shipping time and got a valid and timely response.
The actual shipping time (UK - FI) was pretty fast and the product was as expected. Good stuff!
That's all. Recommended :)=

Good
The service was good however there were some annoyances. The shipping got delayed and this might have been due to the courier company. Also the guitar did not fit in the case properly and because of this the case got broken in shipment (guitar inside stayed intact). Other aspects of the transaction was satisfactory.
