Top service, yet again
The latest service used was to get my tracking set after some front end work that I did myself. The guys there were fantastic, as usual. The booking was done online, I turned up at the reserved time and hey presto, my car was sorted in about 30 minutes. Highly recommended, I've been a returning customer for about 9 years and feel no need to go elsewhere. Thanks.

Prompt, efficient and very pleasant
I had a bad puncture and the front wheel had had to be replaced by the spare tyre. I called in next morning at Teiars Huw Lewis, Aberystwyth and they dealt with me immediately, replaced the damaged tyre and the other front tyre, checked and aligned all tyres without ado. Very courteous and pleasant staff.

Great team at Protyre Aber , efficient MOT and finished on time and gave some good advice also in regards advisories.
Also were flexible when I needed to change MOT date from original booking, no fuss.

Charged for work not done...
I was charged for a wheel alignment when having 2 new tyres fitted. The alignment was not done and I only found this out when the car was serviced by another mechanic the following day. I don't like being charged for work that isn't done, it doesn't build trust.
I'm not in a rush to return there for more work, there are other options locally.
