First class service from start to finish they even rang me the week before when it was originally booked in to inform me that the tyres hadn't arrived and could be re-schedule. Will definitely be returning for future work

V quick service and correct swaping of tyres very pleased with the service.

Really bad all round experience! Never again! as protyre were the cheapest for the tyre I wanted, the nearest branch was over an hour from me, this wasn't the problem. The problem started when they blew the inner tube, but he gave me his word and guaranteed he would get another and fit it by the afternoon. So I left it with him and waited for his call, I waited until 3.30pm, then called in to see if it was ready, another member of staff said he can't get one until next day. Really bad communication, know one called to let me know, I wasted all day there waiting and ended up taking away my wheel in bits, as they took the sprocket off, (which didn't need to be). Also had to source another tube elsewhere as I wasn't travelling back up there again the next day, taking another day off work. Also still had had to pay the fitting charge! One star is too high!!

Nice and easy, trouble free.

Very good service and I liked the way a new trainee was being introduced. Given the job to do but overseen politely.
The only criticism is that I was not told until after I had seen the car, that the two new tyres could not be fitted to the rear .
Its no problem but I think I should have been told when I was paying, not when I queried it later.

I called in with a concern about my car that came on abruptly. They were able to book me in same day with everyone being friendly and helpful to any query I had a pleasant time all in all.

Great staff get work done in a timely manner

Did me the best deal on two rear Pirelli tyres for the Porsche in 20 inch £575 ! Had a reasonable priced repair on a screw in the tyre £27.50 only 3 days before to get me by while on holiday in Aberystwyth… will be back for fronts when next in Aberystwyth to see friends and family …

The technician explained issues throughout the work, the work was carried out promptly.

Excellent service

Had a problem with some noise on my steering, I took it to protyre, they were able to fit my car in with short notice, Tyler who attend to spent considerable amount of time to identify the problem, and was able to resolve the problem. Despite the time spent on identifying the problem they did not charge us because they said they did not change any part. I will recommend anyone that want quick mechanical service to go to Protyre. They also very friendly and found them very helpful and professional . I will definitely go back.
