Very good service
Unfortunately I had not checked my cars MOT expiry date and only found out on the day in the evening. I was able to book next day appointment for MOT which was only £45.

Beyond the call of duty!
My last visit to another well known tyre establishment in the town ended up with me writing a letter of complaint about the awful service. However, the experience at Protyre, The Parade was the other end of the scale. The staff were friendly and polite. I was offered tea/coffee. The wait was about 40 minutes, which is pretty good in my experience. At the end I asked what pressure the tyre had been set to. The man handing over the car insisted on takng the car back to ensure all the tyres were at my preferred pressure. This was exceptional care and service. I will definitely use this place every time...very impressive and I even went back in to tell them so!

I had a flat tyre on the way to the…
I had a flat tyre on the way to the station and got to Protyre . They were so helpful and replaced my punctured tyre and one other with low tread in enough time for me to get a train to get my appointment in London . I am so grateful for that . I have been here many times and they are really good.

Although the service was great
Although the service was great, fitted me in very quick for a puncture / new tyre and I was happy with the price, that was all good
The reason for the 1 star is the finer attention to detail, a few days after I thought I would check the tyre and found that the matching Tesla Wheel Nut Covers on all Wheel nuts on the tyre that had been replaced had been left off, Come on Boys its not hard

Excellent Service
I recently visited Protyre for a tyre change and MOT, and I'm really pleased with the service I received. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish, and everything was completed much quicker than I expected.
The staff were professional and efficient, getting both jobs done without any unnecessary delays. I'd definitely recommend Protyre to anyone needing tyre work or an MOT. Great experience all round!
