Despite it being very busy and being 3 staff short causing quite a wait for us the service received was excellent. Polite and efficient staff.

Needed a couple of tyres same day. Had phoned around local tyre fitters for budget tyres, who only had premium range tyres on the shelf, or offered next day for budget tyres. Walked into Protyres, offered a good price for medium range tyres, which I accepted and had fitted there and then. Short wait in queue, knowledgeable, polite fitters, balanced and torqued back on. Happy with the sales staff and fitting service. Free coffee as well.

The matter was dealt with promptly, effectively and very politely.

The employee (A man proud of his Portuguese heritage) who did the work was brilliant. A lovely friendly guy who promptly assessed the problem (Rear brakes clogged with years of brake dust and grime) and rather than try and sell me new brake shoes when clearly they weren’t needed, he got on with cleaning them out and lubricating the moving parts. An hours work. Excellently done.
My only criticism is the billing. I was happy to pay but it was far from clear on the bill how much you actually charge for an hours labour. It appeared to be £90 plus VAT - fine (£108 then) but there was an extra charge on the bill which was unexplained as to what it was for as the bill randomly came to £135. Clarity in relation to billing would help. I was more than happy to pay as I had received great service.

The Bath Protyre team were very friendly, helpful and professional and I was looked after during my time there, they completed my tyre replacement and was on my way within 20 minutes.

Tyres are good but we had to point out that there were cheaper options available. There was no discussion as to how often I used the car and what for they just tried to sell me the most expensive tyres. If you use them make sure you question them or do some research online beforehand.

Staff very polite, booking a time slot very easy. Would of been a 5 but your tire delivery was late so I was delayed 30 mins extra.

Honest, courteous service with good choice of tyres. However, there is a slight disconnect with ordering online and tyres being available. Unfortunately the delivery was late and although I had booked an online appt for 10.30, the tyres weren't ready till 1pm. Just to add, this was nothing to do with the service I got from the guys - they were great.

Swift friendly and efficient service. I thought I had a slow puncture but they found a cracked valve stem that was slowly deflating my tyre and replaced it for free since they had supplied me with that tyre last year.

As disabled person. They ensured I had a chair to sit on whilst waiting. Also kept me informed of progress
