Environmental Charge!
Environmental Charge!
I had a nail in my NSR Tyre, although the Tyre was still at the correct pressure I thought removal would be the safe thing to do. I was charged £45.99. £4.16 + VAT of this amount was Environmental Charge. When I telephoned to query this I was told this was due to materials used and applies the same as if replacing and disposing of the Tyre. This makes no sense to me and neither does the explanation.

Shambolic queing system
Shambolic queing system. Turned up on time for appointment and was told to wait in line - duly waited in the que expecting to be told when it was my turn. Instead its a free for all with the staff appearing to have no idea (or caring) who was first with people who pushed in getting rewarded. Took almost 2 hours to be served. Will not be returning.
