Great customer service and best tyre prices in Bolton
I'm really happy with the service at Protyre Bolton. I wanted to pay in cash, but the website didn't give that option. When I called, the guy at the front desk was very helpful and booked the tyre fitting for me without any issue. I came in, showed him the online quote from their website, and paid exactly that price in cash. Everything went smoothly, quickly and professionally. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the tyre prices were the best I found in Bolton after checking several garages online. Highly recommended!

Amazing service with a smile
I went to Bolton Protyre in Burns street Bolton recently. They booked me in and everything went smoothly. They there on time, courteous and extremely professional. As a woman, sometimes garages can be intimidating places but it was refereshing to see a lovely smiley face Lady Louise who was so polite and friendly. The Manager Ash, was very knowledgeable, highly professional and spoke with respect to his staff and customers.

Long appointment needed!
Needed some new tyres for my car, did a Google search, and Protyres Bolton came up. I put my VRM in to check the size of my tyres, and what was recommended. Selected 4 x tyres, at a good price and booked in the car for the following day. Arrived at the garage, booked in the car, for the gentleman to tell me that the tyres I had selected were for Audi only. I said it didn't say that anywhere on the website, and those tyres were recommended for my (non-Audi) car by your website. He then told me it didn't really matter, and it would take a hour. 2 hours later it still wasn't finished, I had to go an appointment I had, and had to wait another hour for the car to be ready. Not sure I would use the garage again.

Great customer service!
Great customer service! I'd had a recommendation from my garage following mot to have tyres replaced and full wheel alignment carried out by Thistlethwaites in Bolton. They found a safety issue and, following a quick phone call with me, they dealt directly with my garage to get the issue sorted between themselves. Great space to wait in if you need to, or convenient enough to pop into town or retail park to do some shopping whilst you wait.

Car was dropped off and met by a lovely gentleman and lady on reception, they explained what was going to happen with the car and said they would ring me when it was ready ..after a few hours I had a phone call and picked my car up again the young lady was lovely…. I had an amazing experience at Pro Tyre…
I had an amazing experience at Pro Tyre in Bolton over the last week or so. After ringing late on Friday afternoon (needing new tyres) I was given an appointment the following morning. After I arrived, I waited only around an hour or so for four new tyres and an alignment service. I was very appreciative of the offer I received and I couldn’t quite believe the total of my final bill. It was fantastic value for money and I won’t go anywhere else 😊
