The lady on the front desk at Pokesdown…
The lady on the front desk at Pokesdown Protyre ( I think her name is Pippa ) is a total star .. she works so hard to ensure that each customer is treated professionally and with the highest of courtesy. She 'owns' her duties impeccably, especially during stressful periods where there are phones ringing, customers queuing and requiring attention. She works tirelessly to bring successful conclusions, and in my opinion she is a game changer and total asset to your business. In conclusion, I would add that this lady should hold a more senior position within your business, and would definitely recommend her for a managerial position.
Stephen Baker now retired but former Senior Manager at the BBC and O2 Mobile.

Great customer service
Good selection of tyres, easy to book online. The service I received on the day was great, they were rushed off their feet yet remained professional and I felt well informed. I also observed despite being insanely busy the phone never went unanswered.

I always feel slightly uneasy dealing…
I always feel slightly uneasy dealing with the team at Protyre. I have previously felt that when I asked for a puncture repair, I got misdirected and sold a new tire plus on my recent visit it took them over an hour to fit two new tires to my vehicle which seemed an excessive amount of time. I would tend to recommend people go elsewhere.

A really friendly and knowledgeable team
Pheobe was simply amazing; super professional but with a very approachable and customer focussed attitude. Phoebe was also very informative about products and helped me decide on the best options for both my budget and my vehicle. The technician who fitted my tyres was also fantastic. I would highly recommend the Pokesdown team to anyone needing vehicle care.
