Friendly staff
Friendly, helpful staff. Good price and even able to use a promo code. And have a nice coffee machine which was free which was nice to enjoy while waiting. Four tyres and tracking done in less that one hour. Very pleased overall.

Flexible in terms of fitting an urgent job
Fitted me in quickly as I needed the car fixed for an urgent hospital trip. Didn't time their estimated time to do the job, but it would be been very close to it. Relieved me of worry over a tyre continuing to lose pressure in these circumstances.

Professional service. Value for money and convenient location.
Yet another outstanding service by Protyre in our neighbourhood of Pokesdown.
With out a booked appointment they still fitted me in for new front tyres and tracking alignment on my work van.
They even had the same brand in stock previously fitted which I've found to be a good tyre that wares well on a work van at a reasonable cost.

The staff were polite and helpful. The puncture was carried out while i waited.
The cost was a surprise
£ 32.50 last puncture I had
cost me £ 7.00 some years ago.

Prompt and efficient response to an emergency situation
Emergency situation when had a puncture within 5 minutes of setting out on a long journey, Pleasantly surprised at the efficient response (surprised because for many companies that doesn't seem to be the case these days!). Would happily use again.
