If you like n advertised price, a price for trade and a price for the OAP, that's fine.
I don't. I had a agreed price and had over 50% charge
I've asked for a response as requested.
I'm weary of platitudes.

The staff got the requested tyre in the following day as advised and fitted it the follow day in the time slot I booked. All staff spoken to were very polite. So all very professional.

Worth 5 stars
I have used these fitters for many years, wouldn’t go anywhere else now.
Staff are always friendly and polite, prices are favourable and on par with other companies, and the waiting room is welcoming, with free tea and coffee. Only thing I’d add is a water machine would be a nice touch for those of us who prefer that to a hot drink.
Definitely worth 5 stars!
