I have just had the worst experience…
I have just had the worst experience with this Bathwick Tyres-Team Protyre in Bridgend for Mot service. I had booked well in advance, 13 days in fact for my car's Mot and also have requested a day off work to attend this appointment.
At the evening of the day before Mot and at 17.34 to be precise, I have received a call from the branch manager to say he wouldn't be able to carry out your Mot next morning because of shortage of equipment. I said what alternative appointment can you give me then and he just couldn't be bothered or trying to be accommodating.
This failure of service has cost me a loss of full day's work and the hustle in trying to find another garage for another Mot appointment.
I believe the reason for this horrible service because they weren't making money out of me. I have booked the Mot for £32.45 and I have used their Black Friday promotion advertised on their website for £10 off so I was paying only £22.45. This price seemed like a loss for the branch manager and that's why he has cancelled my appointment at last minute without any consideration.
If I the system allows zero star then I would have given it without any hesitation.

Screw in my tyre
I had a screw in my tyre. Took car to Protyre and Luke sorted it for me, very quickly and there was no charge. Very pleasant young man and I was very grateful. Will definitely use Protyre in the future.
