Ordered two tyres and booked a day and time that suited me , arrived 10 minutes early and was greeted with a smile and friendly welcome , the car went straight in i was given a estimated time of completion been 30 minutes , I could have gone to the retail park for a browse or to the nearby greggs or macdonald's but decided to wait , 20 minutes later tyres on and keys brought back to me , excellent work from the staff and many thanks 😊

Awaiting the response to my complaint which was logged on 27/05/2026 which is now apparently with an area manager. Queries over whether the work was actually carried out and perusing a refund. Unfortunately nothing positive to report about the whole experience. Avoid.
