I use Protyre at Brislington for my tyres because they’re good people and provide a great service. This time I got let down by the place who failed my MOT so needed somewhere who could make it right. One call to these guys and not only could they sort it but they could fit me in 3 working days later. Really pulled me out of a fix.

Two tires and tracking supposedly done…
Two tires and tracking supposedly done no paperwork to follow up what’s been done no communication to tell me if tracking was out etc. I asked if there anything for me to sign I was told there wasn’t. Apart from that tires were fitted and service was good.

Turned up for my appointment
Turned up for my appointment, 20minutes early,which was fine, explained to the manager what tyre needed replacing,handed the keys over,no response from the manager, tyre was fitted,keys out in the desk,you can go all finished, noticed the rim of the tyre still had tyre soap round it.
