Booked online only to get a phone call from centre saying they can’t fit me in at 10.30 (the time agreed) as there will be ‘cars in the workshop’ then. When I asked if I can come in earlier, I was told that the tyre wouldn’t be deliver to them until 11.30? I asked to cancel my booking but 3 days later, I’m still waiting for my money back.
Why was I allowed to book when the tyre isn’t in stock? Why can’t garages just be honest with people rather than trying to pull the wool over your eyes?

I've used ATS for years as the guys are friendly are professional. I was shocked to learn ATS had closed at short notice but pleasantly surprised to find the guys had all moved to Protyre around the corner! So normal service has resumed

Tyre changed in around 10 minutes, excellent service. I arrived just before my allotted time and the tyre was fitted in around 10 minutes. I booked and paid online and all worked great. I have used them for years, when they were Bury Tyre Centre, they were always good.
