Quickly understood our ‘emergency’…
Quickly understood our ‘emergency’ needs and sought to resolve it as quickly and as efficiently as possible. We had to return on the Monday morning for the ordered tyres to be fitted. Done quickly.
Lady on reception was excellent as were all the staff with whom we came into contact.
A shame that the BMW wheel centre logo wasn’t refitted, but excellent I was phoned to tell me it wasn’t fitted. I suspect many would just ignore it so full marks for being honest and agreeing to post it back to me.

The procedure was quick, efficient, and thorough. They found a slow puncture in another tyre and, even though it cost me more money, I was glad they sorted it. I was very impressed with the professionalism and also the friendliness of the personnel.

Being fobbed off
So I had my mot and was advised my tracking was out so fast forward later that day I booked in to have it done the guys did it with in five minutes so not even sure they did out
To then advise me the track rod ends needed doing and if I did it with in three weeks they would realign the tracking free of charge so booked it in for the next day so later on I thanked my usual mechanic and said it’s sorted for him to say they were pulling a fast one my track rod ends hadn’t gone like made out they just showed wear my mechanic advised me I still had over twelve months if more left before that needed doing and was livid they had tried to pull a fast one so won’t be using them again
