Joe was great. Talked me through the options. Managed to accommodate me when I turned up 2 hours prior to my appointment. Got me some premium tyres at mid range prices. All done and dusted and after the wheel alignment the car feels great and us running economically.

Would use them again.
Gave clear advice regarding the best tyres to fit my particular vehicle. Also when fitting replaced all 4 tpms valves, and checked the tpms sensor battery's life.

Where do I start brakes were due to be done at 2pm Saturday I got a phone call asking me to come in at 1pm - lost £75 wages. Even then they got the wrong parts so kept my car till Monday lost a days pay £600 collected my car at 2pm Monday and you generously apologised and knocked £15 off net loss to me £660 thanks protyre will never use you again

Winter tyres
It’s very annoying that they have stopped doing the tyre hotel for winter tyres. The guys in the shop are very helpful but it is really inconvenient to have to store my winter tyres at home now.

Swift booking, great satisfaction
Contacted Protyre late afternoon. They booked us in really quickly for the next day, obtained the (unusual) part in the meantime and rang us to say they could do it three hours earlier than booked, if it suited us. It did. And it came in cheaper than they quoted. Great service, excellent workmanship.

I had 2 tyres that kept losing air
I had 2 tyres that kept losing air . They checked both tyres which were faulty and fixed them within an hour. They were polite and efficient. I would definitely go to them again.
