Jaguar F Pace service
Booked online to have my jaguar f-pace serviced. They were ready for me when I dropped a car off and phoned me when it was completed. Everything was completed on time. There was a very minor problem with the service due indicator not being reset but this was because the jaguar has two different service indicators. Car was returned and the service indicator reset. All in all excellent service.

How refreshing to find a company that is so honest it doesn’t do work that doesn’t need doing. We had booked and payed online to have our wheels aligned and when they checked it didn’t need doing so the gave us a full refund. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

A 10-year Customer at Protyre Cambridge
I've used Protyre Cambridge for about ten years, and since Ryan took over as manager several years ago the service has been even more outstanding than it already was. I do most of my own work on my cars and I'm VERY particular about how they're handled. Ryan accommodates every request without fuss: he keeps the interiors clean, makes sure the fitters follow my preferences on wheel weight colour, centre cap alignment, and locking wheel bolt placement. I know I'm a diva, but Ryan has never once made me feel like a burden for asking. Manager aside, all the technicians are really friendly and competent and have always taken immense care of my vehicles. Regarding pricing, Protyre Cambridge has always been as competitive (or better) than the best prices I can find online. I genuinely can't fault the place and highly recommend this branch if you need tyres, MOT, or basic car servicing done.

Expected what seemed a good service to make some attempt to setting correct tyre pressures. Had 2 tyres fitted a few days apart one front one back both at 39psi. Should have been 33 and 36.

I was recommended Proture by my local…
I was recommended Proture by my local garage years ago and I have been using them 3 years so far. They are always very kind and booked you in very quickly
They have a waiting room with a coffee machine and drinks for you to buy and a telly so you can wait until your car getting fixed. Regarding the quality of their products they have a wide range of prices so you can choose the products more suitable for you at the best quality.

I had a tire repaired when I was expecting to have to replace all four (I have a 4x4) tires. You can’t expect better really. It was slightly longer than I’d hoped for the appointment but I made the correct decision to wait. Very good service.
