Good service, polite and honest.

Had my mot and service completed. My mot failed due to a tyre. The team at pro tyre were able to get me sorted within 24 hours of my mot failing. The team kept me informed and aware of what was happening which made my life much easier. They were very friendly and helpful. I usually get treated differently in the car industry due to my age but I felt like that was never an issue at pro tyre and they treated me very well.

A decent, convenient tyre centre in Canterbury Kent. Good garage. Not ashamed to let you see their workshop which was clean and well organised. Good staff, knowledeable and polite. Gave me options on tyre choice and cost. back on the road in fifteen minutes. Also, good parking.

I have used Protyre at Canterbury for several years. The current staff are first class. No attempts have been made to sell me something that is not required. Consequently they have deserved my customer loyalty and I will not go anywhere else for Tyres and MOT. My most recent experience was for an MOT. The car failed the test. The reasons were explained to me in full with advice provided. The excellent MOT inspector Dan explained that Protyre retest the vehicle for free within 10 working days. I arranged the retest the following day. The manager was very helpful to arrange this. On the day of the retest I called to check they were running to schedule and spoke with Dan who was again very helpful and suggested I come back earlier than scheduled if I wished. Whilst I am sure this level of service will not always be possible owing to workload, I have been so impressed with them. Please check online prices as they are often cheaper than available in store.

Car was losing a small amount of pressure everyday so hoped it would be a tyre repair rather than an expensive new tyre. The team checked the tyre and found the tyre was Ok but there was a small leak from the bead.

A more respectful interaction with your customers. However, the Manager at the depot where I took my car was exceptional in his manner and interaction, regarding a situation I encountered with an employee from the depot when I queried a report about my vehicle.

I Had my front and back brake pads and discs replaced on my vw golf by this garage. The job was to a high standard main dealer equivalent. The new team in pro tyre are decent and honest. The manager is taking the garage in the right direction.
