Within 50 minutes of arriving my existing battery was checked and a new battery fitted. The people at Protyre Canterbury were helpful and pleasant. The price for the new battery and fitting was reasonable.

Made a phone call to the Canterbury branch to get some advice about tyres as replacing all 4 due to cracked walls on my existing tyres, then went online to order 4 Bridgestone sport and front wheel alignment as all was in the sale so saved about £68 got my booking date and time and off l went to Canterbury, 2.5 hours later I was off again really pleased with my purchase, always happy with protyre used them when l lived near Exeter and when I lived in Sittingbourne, only had one problem with the new Bridgestone tyres a few days later when travelling up to Rochester they had a wheel wobble at 70mph but soon rectified when l called the manager and he asked me to come back for a rebalance, he also got the technician to redo the front wheel alignment again with no fuss, problems or issues and after a quick run up the A299 all is resolved. Many thanks to the manager and all the team at Canterbury Protyre l will definitely use again and would recommend to friends and family

Staff were great - helpful and very approachable. The only thing that marred the experience was that my appointment had to be rescheduled after flooding forced closure.

The tyres were fitted while I waited, which was not too long and for a good price. The fitters were helpful in providing advice. The weighting area looks ready for a refurbished but otherwise good.

I was in a panic when I got a puncture not only did they have my tyre fixed quickly they were really kind to me

Had a service and an MOT booked in for 9.30. But due to sickness there had to be another tester transfered from elsewhere. But he didn't turn up until after lunchtime, although I was lucky that I didn't need the car until the following day. I did pick up the car the car the following morning, which was secure in their garage, all good in the end, and felt sorry for the guys having to juggle things around, and working late with customers booked in.

After receiving poor service at another garage, Blackcircles booked me into Protyre and they quickly dealt with the tyre replacement. Very friendly and quick service.

I had a tyre that kept going down, I asked if the guys could they look at it, I said it was the rear near side. They took the tyre off and I had to have a new one, they had a tyre that matched the others that were on the car, joy, I don’t like odd tyres! I had a screw in it and something had gone in and out of the other side. They also checked my other three tyres and told me how many mm’s I had which when I said I didn’t do men’s miles a year, I was told I had no worries. Thank you guys.

Guys were brilliant. Top hep getting me through exhaust emissions and prompt retest after parts fitted. Great lads.

Friendly helpful staff, a decent service

Car booked in for tracking @ 0830. Not able to do as fitter didn’t arrive for work, rearrangement was promised, I had to phone depot as I did not hear from them

I had my mot here last year, 2024 November.
Service was awful.
This year 2025 November, staff were much better and more engaging.

Excellent service. I called in the morning on the Saturday and was seen the same day and very kind and polite service.
