Protyre Staff Carlisle are the best.
My wife and I bought our cars up to Protyre for the annual MOT both cars failed due to deep cuts in the tyre wall and tread unbeknown to ourseleves and as such an obvious danger. The staff were excellent and quickly sorted out new replacements, had these fitted and arranged for the MOT retest to be carried out just before they closed up for the day.
They could not have been any more professional nor helpful.

( Tuesday 3pm )My car failed its MOT on 3 tyres, and the 4th was nearly out.
Garage could get my car back in the following day to re mot.
Thursday I needed my car to travel to London.
I called pro tyre in kingstown and explained my situation I was at pro tyre by 4pm and 4 tyres fitted for me!!

Simple process
Simple process, called in and Dan got me booked in within 10-15 mins, had a brake tracking check and all still in tolerance, suggested I check it again in a couple months depending on miles and conditions of driving, the best bit I got a full report and cost me nothing. Customer for life now will always be back. Keep up the great work Dan and his team. If I could give more than 5 stars I certainly would

I would not recommend this company…
I would not recommend this company whatsoever!! Due to the shocking service I received! The staff have no respect for customers vehicles and would rather waste time talking and messing around rather than doing the job they are employed to do. The manager of this company needs to change this behaviour and make sure that the customer is satisfied with their service they have received.

Due to head to Wales from Carlisle. Service light on, needing 2 tyres & a headlight bulb.
Obviously left everything untill the last moment.
Called on thursday morning - got me an appointment for Friday. Dropped my car off, went to work, once finished work car was all sorted 😊 and we made Wales safely 🙏

Terrible service
Left to wait as although booked slot, said they didn’t do time slots. Pushed to bottom of queue, and walk ins done 1st 1hr 50 mins for two front tyres to be changed. Told on arrival it would be an hour as busy, went for walk came back after an hour and hadn’t even started!

Poor customer service
Arrived early for booked MOT, to then be told it was booked in for a later time, which lead to a back and forth conversation about the time despite having my email confirmation stating the time I arrived for. I was advised it would an hour, I returned after an hour to then have to wait a further hour before my car was ready. This is not the first time this has happened and will think twice about coming back again.
